We offer a clear and fair returns policy for all retail products purchased through our shop.
Change of Mind
You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind and return your item for a full refund provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Items showing any signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or refund.
To complete a return, please provide proof of purchase your email order confirmation or receipt is ideal.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please email reception@thefloatspa.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
